I took an hour long breastfeeding class before I had Hailyn. I didn't really learn a whole lot from it but they showed this to us and I wanted to share it with everyone else. It's a really good visual and shows how different breast milk is from formula. This is why they say that there will never be a formula that is exactly like breast milk.
Even though you cant see the names of each ingredient it really puts it in to perspective when you look at the difference between the two.
